If you are already a developer or contributer, here are some resources you can take advantage of.
A development group is available on Facebook. It is invite only and applications should go to Yashan, David or Daniel.
If you are already part of it the URL of it is:

SVN Access
If you have been given subversion access, here is the URL to use:
https://subversion.assembla.com/svn/wbgl
All files to do with development should go in here. If you are contributing but do not have Subversion access, submit your changes via a member that does have access. Yashan, David and Daniel all have subversion access.
